Sunny Chen graduated with a master degree in Computer Science and Public Policy. Prior to starting her career in commercial real estate about 5 years ago, she worked with JP Morgan Chase for 16 years. She currently works at a commercial broker firm with plans to get her CCIM designation in early 2021. As of now, she manages the day-to-day operation of both a property management firm and an investment firm. With her efforts, the firm acquired near 20 million dollars of value in properties in 2018 alone.

Scott Scheel has over 24 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate evaluation, acquisition, management, rehabilitation, and development. His portfolio includes over $150 million in holdings comprised of a vast array of properties and assets. He has been the lead principal or lead consultant on over $2.5 billion in total project value.

Scott is a two-time Congressional Businessman of the year (2005 & 2006) as recognized by the Wall Street Journal. Mr. Scheel is the founder and CEO of numerous companies including Investment Management Services, LLC, Ultra Outlets USA, & Scheel Publishing, Inc. and is the Founder and Chairman of the Diamond Inner Circle (DIC). Since 2008, Scott as chairman has managed in excess of 30,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate within this investment group alone.

In addition to his real estate investment activities, Mr. Scheel is also a world renowned expert and lecturer on the topics of commercial real estate acquisition and development and has keynoted along with former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan, Vice-President Al Gore, Developer Donald Trump, and Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, to name a few. Mr. Scheel is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and The Certified Commercial Investment Members Institute (CCIM).

Mike Lee, CPA, is a consultant for CH Industrial, LLC. Mr. Lee has over 35 years of experience in the field of Taxation. Mr. Lee worked for the world’s third largest accounting firm for 15 years which included tours of duty in the London, England and Los Angeles offices. He then spent 10 plus years as the Tax partner of the largest regional firm in the Midwest overseeing a tax practice of over 75 individuals. In 2006 he and a group of professionals from that firm formed Crown Pointe Financial Services, a boutique tax firm that specializes in real estate. Mr. Lee is on the Kent State Accounting advisory board and the board of the International Institute. He has had numerous articles published in such periodicals as the journal of Taxation. He has also spoken at numerous conferences on the topic of Real Estate Taxation most recently at the University of Akron’s annual tax seminar. Mr. Lee graduated with honors from Kent State University.
